We offer complete Right of Way Mapping Services in this field. From research of parent tract ownership to final recording documents and field staking. Final products include, but are not limited to, a ROW strip map, individual Parcel Plats of each taking, Closure Calculations and Legal Descriptions for recording. This type of work has been performed on a wide array of linear R.O.W./Easement acquisition projects such as for Highways, Pipelines, Fiber Optics, and many other Utilities.

Ranging from residential city lots to 10,000 acre Land Grants, we’ve surveyed a lot of land. Different degrees of boundary surveys have been performed such as the Standard Land Survey for clients wanting to know where their boundary lines are, the Land Title Survey for land conveyances involving title insurance and ultimately, the ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for land conveyances involving title insurance free and clear of any survey matters.
